(11ALIVE) - Did you know cows love jazz music? Yeah. Neither did we.

But apparently a group of jazz musicians know of the bovine's preoccupation with jazz harmonics and rhythms.

Members of a Utah-based jazz band called The New Hot 5 posted a video to YouTube on Sept. 6, showing an impromptu concert performed near a farm in Autrans, France.

At the beginning of the video, a baritone and trumpet player perform "When the Saints Go Marching In" alongside a pasture with scattered cows. Moments later, the cows begin moving toward the fence line, gathering as an audience for the duet.

As the musicians continue to play, the cows stand by silently, apparently enjoying the show.

By Thursday morning, the video had been featured on NBC's TODAY show and had garnered more that 500,000 views on YouTube.
