ATLANTA -- "Real Housewives of Atlanta" cast member Cynthia Bailey along with Atlanta socialite Suchita Vadlamani hosted a unique event to raise money for men transitioning from unemployment, incarceration and homelessness.

The First Annual Gentleman's Ball was held Friday, Nov. 11 at the Georgia Freight Depot. The tap flowed with endless seas of colorful martinis as some of Atlanta's most handsome sirs poured into the depot and listened to R&B female trio SWV.

"This event was produced because the community has been in desperate need of social elevation, and it has been past time for gentlemen to be wined, dined and serenaded," said Gee Smalls and Juan Session of G. SPOT Productions.

Proceeds of The Gentlemen's Ball will benefit Corporate Code, a non-profit organization that helps unemployed, homeless or former inmates transition to the work force. Corporate Code offers a hand-up approach to rebuilding the foundation of disengaged men by hosting monthly seminars on issues such as: interview appropriate attire, career counseling, stress management, money management and conflict resolution.
