Proposed bill would block Photoshopped heads on nude bodies

ATLANTA (WXIA) -- The 2012 legislative session just began, but the new bills are already flying out the door.

State Rep. Pam Dickerson (D-Conyers) filed a bill Monday that would make it illegal to Photoshop someone's head on the nude or obscenely positioned body of another and posted on the Internet.

The bill, HB 680, was filed Monday, and would punish wrongdoers with a $1,000 fine or a year in jail.
