Groubal uses Facebook and Twitter to share those complaints and also contacts the companies when 1000 people have signed the petition.
The site also has a community sentiment ranking that tracks customer satisfaction based on what people are saying on social media. At the top of the list when we checked were Colgate Palmolive, L'oreal and Whole Foods. Near the bottom: Bank of America, Comcast and A T and T.
Groubal is a fairly new phenomenon but founder, Robert Doner said several petitions have resulted in refunds or other action from businesses.
