DUNWOODY, Ga. -- It's a murder trial with enough twists and turns to capture national attention, and that's just in the first week.

Testimony resumed in the Hemy Neuman murder trial Monday morning. Neuman is accused of shooting Rusty Sneiderman to death outside of a Dunwoody day care center in November of 2010.
Neuman has since admitted to killing Sneiderman, but is pleading not guilty by reason of insanity.
Sneiderman's widow, Andrea Sneiderman, has taken center stage during the trial; she is accused of having an affair with Neuman, a charge she adamantly denies.
