The Compassionate Care Hospice Foundation was founded in 2004 to provide the resources necessary to support the needs of hospice patients and their families. The Foundation routinely provides support for things like mortgage or rent payments, utilities, food, clothing and even things like airline tickets to unite distanced families in financial need.
