According to an APD spokesperson, Jennifer Little refused a field and chemical sobriety test which resulted in a charge of DUI Less Safe.
Sneiderman is the widow of Rusty Sneiderman who was murdered by Hemy Neuman outside of a Dunwoody daycare while dropping his son off in November 2010. She is under scrutiny by a DeKalb County grand jury in connection with the Neuman case. The grand jury has subpoenaed Sneiderman's testimony from the Neuman trial.
Sneiderman hired Little and her partner Doug Chalmers to represent her in March.
