SANDY SPRINGS, Ga. -- Police in Sandy Springs are investigating what they call an "interference of custody" at a daycare center.

Police spokesman Steve Rose said a child was taken from a daycare center on Hilderbrand Drive by a noncustodial parent Thursday afternoon.

The child was found unharmed.  Police called it a misunderstanding, in a dispute between parents.  No charges will be filed.
