DAVENPORT, Iowa -- Mitt Romney says he thinks he can win Michigan -- and that if he does, he'll win the presidency.
Romney was flying Monday evening from Iowa to Michigan for a day of campaigning. He was expected to complete a five-day, six-state bus tour on Tuesday.
He told reporters that he thinks he can win in Michigan, the state where he was born and grew up. If that happens, he says, "I become president."
Romney says he thinks Russia and China will continue to be dominant players on the world stage. He says he's reading the book "The Next Hundred Years," by George Friedman, which forecasts the next century.
