LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. -- Eastbound S.R. 316 at Sugarloaf Parkway has reopened in time for the Friday afternoon rush.
An accident involving a motorcycle and car had shut down all three lanes of the roadway, near Gwinnett Technical College, according to the Georgia Department of Transportation.
Traffic was backed up for several miles, while drivers used the shoulder to get by.
