Los Angeles, CA (Sports Network) - The Los Angeles Clippers will reportedly sign free agent guards Jamal Crawford and Chauncey Billups when the NBA's moratorium period is lifted, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Crawford is expected to sign a three-year, $15.7 million contract. Billups, who was limited to 20 games in 2011-12 due to season-ending left Achilles tendon surgery, will sign a one-year deal that could be worth up to $4.3 million with bonuses.

In 60 games for Portland last season, Crawford averaged 13.9 points, 3.2 assists and 2.0 rebounds. The Michigan product has averaged 15.3 points, 3.9 assists and 2.6 rebounds in 812 career contests with the Bulls, Knicks, Warriors, Hawks and Trail Blazers.

Billups posted averages of 14.9 points, 4.0 assists and 2.5 rebounds for the Clippers last season. The 15-year pro is hopeful that he'll be back sometime in December.

Neither player can sign until July 11.
