ATLANTA -- Target is aiming for a holiday shopping frenzy with its latest list of high end designers.
The chain announced Tuesday that it will partner with Neiman Marcus for a special line due out Dec. 1.
"By combining our two brands and tapping into some of the most talented designers across the United States, we've created a remarkable collection of must-have products that we're confident will land on wish lists this holiday season," Target executive vice president of merchandising Kathee Tesija said in a statement.
Carolina Herrera, Diane von Furstenberg, Jason Wu, Judith Leiber, Marchesa, Marc Jacobs, Oscar de la Renta and Tory Burch are among the big name designers creating special pieces for Target. They're all members of the Council of Fashion Designers of America, which Target and Neiman Marcus both support.
The limited-edition pieces will range in price from about $8 to $500.
Last fall's Target by Missoni line was so popular, shoppers crashed Target's website and many stores sold out of stock.
