ATLANTA -- We're gearing up for the 2012 Olympic Games, which will air right here on 11Alive.

It seems like you just can't get enough of the coverage, but what if you can't always be in front of a TV?

For the first time ever, NBC will stream all 302 events of the London Olympic games live.  That's all 32 sports and nearly 3,500 hours of coverage that you'll be able to access from your smart phone or iPad.

This is the first time fans have ever been able to stream all the coverage live, giving them an inside look at what's going on in London.

NBC has released two free apps, 'Live Extra' and the companion 'NBC Olympics.'

Fans can stream the complete Olympic games on Live Extra, then use the NBC Olympics app to get more in depth information on their favorite athletes.

You can read bios, find out how many medals your favorite team has won, and even link to your Facebook and Twitter Feeds.
