DECATUR-- Residents of the Emory Oaks Condominiums near Emory University are having difficulty leaving their complex due overgrown bamboo. They say the viny mess poses a dangerous problem by blocking sight lines of turning drivers. Neighbors have tried to contact DeKalb County for help, but to no avail. So, they decided to call Commuter Dude instead.
