ORLANDO -- SeaWorld Orlando's Animal Rescue Team traveled to Canaveral National Seashore Tuesday to return two sea turtles that the park received in February.

One sea turtle is a 140-pound loggerhead rescued from Melbourne Beach, injured by what is believed to be a boat strike. The rescue team administered a health assessment and treatment including blood work, X-rays and antibiotics.

The second is a smaller green turtle, found at Canaveral National Seashore with injuries to its front flippers and neck caused by monofilament fishing line. The rescue team examined the wounds, and continued treatments until the turtle was able to return to its natural environment.
