ATLANTA, Ga. -- Atlanta Police have cleared the scene of a suspicious package near Freedom Park in northeast Atlanta.
SWAT officers had been investigating the package, which was located around Highland Avenue and Prospect Place, since 8 p.m.
According to Atlanta Police, the package was found to be a bag containing a gas can and an oil can.
Traffic in the area was resumed.
