(USA TODAY) -- An on-set injury sent Halle Berry to the hospital Tuesday night.
The actress was reportedly on the set of The Hive, a thriller starring Abigail Breslin and Jennifer Hudson's fiance David Otunga, when she suffered an injury at around 10 p.m. in Los Angeles.
TMZ says she "hit her head on the concrete after taking a nasty fall," while X17 says she "fell or was hit by a falling object, according to different sources on the set."
Berry, 45, was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center by ambulance, according to both sites.
Berry's rep tells Liveline Live Wednesday morning that the actress is fine.
"Halle Berry suffered a minor heady injury while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, The Hive. She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She'll continue production as planned," the rep said.
