DUNWOODY, Ga. -- Twelve-year-old Haley Matthews has a licence to boast about her culinary skills --- she's earned it.
Matthews was selected as one of 54 winners in the Healthy Lunchtime Challenge sponsored by First Lady Michelle Obama, the White House and Epicurious.com

Her meal, the Stuffed Zucchini Boat, was selected to be showcased at the event.
The Dunwoody resident actually grows vegetables in her garden; she harvests a summer and winter crop.
She thinks of cooking as a "family affair" and she likes to "experiment with different types of food."
Matthews said she chose the Zucchini Boat recipe because it's full of flavor and color.
