COBB Co., Ga -- The mother of a 4-year-old killed while crossing the street was arrested on four unrelated charges.
A car hit and killed Raquel Nelson's son back in 2010 while crossing the street.

Cobb police confirm Nelson was arrested Friday for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, affixing of materials which reduce light transmission through windows or windshield, speeding, and a vehicle tag violation.
She is out on $1,300 bond.
