Isaac Grubb, 20, of Lenoir City, Tennessee fell 45 feet and landed on another person seated in the Mezzanine area just after 8:30 p.m. during the game between the University of Tennessee and North Carolina State.

The second victim, a 34-year-old man from Fort Mill, South Carolina was treated and released from Atlanta Medical Center overnight.

His identity has not been released.

At a Saturday press conference, investigators said witnesses reported seeing Grubb drinking outside the Georgia Dome before the game. They went on to say there was no evidence he purchased alcohol in side stadium.

The Fulton County Medical Examiner performed an autopsy Saturday. Toxicology results will be released when lab tests are completed.

In an interview with WBIR-TV, in Knoxville, the victim's grandmother, Mary Ruth Grubb, said "He had a short life, but boy he packed a lot of stuff into it. A lot of fun for himself, entertainment for us, and a lot of love for all of us"

Grubb was a 2010 graduate of Lenoir City High School, and was currently enrolled at Pellissippi Community College in Knoxville, TN.

Toxicology test are still being done and witnesses say the man was drinking outside on Dome property.

The incident is under investigation by the Georgia World Congress Center Authority Police Department.
