GAINESVILLE, Ga. -- The Arts in Schools Benefits Festival will be held on Saturday at the Smithgall Arts Center Lawn.
From 10 a.m. until 6 p.m., The Arts Council and the City of Gainesville will put on interactive arts and crafts, carnival games, food, live entertainment and a scarecrow contest. The festival is held to keep arts in local school programs. Admission is free.
