Portland, OR (Sports Network) - The Portland Trail Blazers signed three
players to their training camp roster Friday, adding forwards Adam Morrison
and Dallas Lauderdale, as well as guard Demonte Harper.
Morrison, a 6-foot-8, 205-pounder, was drafted third overall in 2006 out of
Gonzaga by the Charlotte Bobcats, and earned NBA All-Rookie Second
Team honors in 2006-2007. In four seasons with Charlotte and the Los Angeles
Lakers, he has averaged 7.5 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.4 assists.
Lauderdale appeared for the Golden State Warriors in the NBA Summer League
this year after playing overseas in Poland last season. He played at Ohio
State from 2007-2011.
Likewise, Harper played in the NBA Summer League for the Denver Nuggets this
after playing in Croatia last year, and was a four-year player at Morehead
State.
With the signings, Portland's training camp roster now stands at 18 players.
