Samuel McCullough, 47, is wanted for child molestation
DECATUR, Ga. -- Samuel McCullough is 11Alive's Fugitive of the Week for October 3, 2012. McCullough, 47, is wanted for two counts of Child Molestation in both Fulton County and DeKalb County.
DeKalb County Sheriff Sgt. Adrion Bell said McCullough molested a girl over a six year period. "At this time she's about 14 (years old) so he's been molesting her ever since she was eight," he said. "On one occasion he is alleged to have molested her on her 10th birthday."
Bell said McCullough has ties to several local churches and they are concerned there might be other victims. "We're concerned from a past victim's standpoint as well as future victims," he said.
On the Internet and social network sites, McCullough purports to be a "Spoken Word Artist" and uses the name "God's Oracle." Bell said, "He does it more from a hip hop fashion, so it is attractive to young people and there again, that's one of the reasons we are concerned about him."
McCullough worked at World Changer's Church in College Park, one of Atlanta's mega churches. "Any time you have an individual who is on that particular church premises, he has a level of trust that the average person on the street doesn't have," Bell said.
