Andrea Sneiderman at her bond hearing
ATLANTA -- It's Sneiderman versus Sneiderman Friday in Fulton County Superior Court.
Steven Sneiderman is suing his former sister-in-law Andrea Sneiderman for wrongful death.
Andrea wants the case dismissed.
Steven claims Andrea conspired to kill her husband Rusty outside their son's Dunwoody daycare almost two years ago. Her former supervisor, Hemy Neuman, has been sentenced to life in prison without parole for Rusty's death.
Andrea Sneiderman is already facing malice murder charges in DeKalb County for his death. She's also charged with attempted murder, malice murder, racketeering, insurance fraud, false statements and perjury.
