ATLANTA, Ga. -- Police are investigating an alleged road rage incident that happened on I-85 near Braselton, last Sunday.
According to authorities, they waited to press charges because they wanted to listen to the 911 audio from the incident "carefully" and interview the involved drivers before they proceeded with charges.
Police say the incident can be described as "unknowingly provoking another motorist to the point of violence."
One motorist is charged with felony aggravated assault after he attacked a driver with a tire iron after being supposedly "cut off" during traffic.
The incident was captured on a 911 call.
