ATLANTA, Ga. -- Dozens of people arrested during the Occupy Atlanta protests headed to court today, to ask a judge to dismiss the case against them.

Lawyers say the Atlanta Police Department failed to release videos that they took the night of the arrests when 52 people were arrested at Woodruff Park.

According to attorneys for Occupy, police officers used their personal cell phones as cameras.

The judge handling the case plans to revisit it at a later date giving the Atlanta Police Department time to gather all of the video taken that night.
