CHAMBLEE, Ga. -- 'Only a fruitcake wouldn't love our party trays.' That's the wording on flyers being handed out at the Chik-fil-A in Chamblee, along Peachtree Industrial, and the flyers have reignited the controversy from the summer, when Chik-fil-A CEO Dan Cathy made statements against gay marriage.

But Chik-fil-A says in this case, it's one big misunderstanding. A statement from Chik-fil-A's executive vice president Steve Robinson says:

"This is an advertisement that a locally owned and operated restaurant has been using for the past five years to promote Chick-fil-A's catering options during the holidays. It was simply a play on words referring to the traditional holiday food, and the restaurant had no intention of offending anyone whatsoever. We regret the flyer may have been taken out of context."

The flyers are no longer in the store.
