Monday morning, the wait was down to 1.5 hours in Gwinnett County, where five locations are now open compared to one last week.
Gwinnett spokesman Joe Sorenson said the county also added extra computers and workers at each location, which "seems to have helped significantly."
Waits in Fulton County ranged from 0 to 75 minutes in Fulton County Monday.
Friday is the last day to vote early before Election Day.
