DECATUR, Ga. -- The roof of a car belonging to a Decatur woman was crushed on Monday night due to block of ice that fell from the sky.

According to the woman, Comola Roberts, the block organically fell from the sky around 6:15 p.m. knocking out her windshields and crushing the roof of her car.

After the incident, Roberts called the local authorities who didn't believe her until they came out and actually saw the ice and the car, for themselves.

Authorities think the ice may have come from an airplane; however, they aren't sure, exactly, where the ice fell from.

Roberts said a couple of planes were banking over her home, on Monday evening.
