Video: Virginia-Highland viewer says new speed limit sign is a mist
VIRGINA-HIGHLAND -- Two new 30-MPH speed limit signs were recently installed on Rosedale Drive in Virginia-Highland. But neighbors there think the City may have made a mistake.
