BARTOW COUNTY, Ga. -- One person is dead after a shooting in Cartersville on Thursday evening.
According to Bartow County Sheriff's Office, the shooting happened around 6 p.m. at an Evergreen Trail residence.
Officials say two deputies were involved in the shooting.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is investigating this incident.
