ATLANTA, Ga. -- Bring out your canned goods and support the "No Reservations Needed" Day of Giving and Serving at the Atlanta Union Mission on Saturday afternoon.
Shanti Das of Press Reset Entertainment, in conjunction with, BlackStreet and Teddy Riley are collecting food for their Thanksgiving dinner at the Atlanta Union Mission on Wednesday, November 21.
Volunteers will be collecting: bulk paper plates, napkins, plasticware, canned green beans, sweet potatoes, rolls, hams, cranberry sauce, dessert (cakes/pies) macaroni (cheese), self rising corn meal, water, lemonade and sweet tea.
Volunteers will be accepting donations from 10:30 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Park Tavern is located at 500 Tenth Street in Midtown.
The "No Reservations Needed" Day of Giving and Serving will be held at the Atlanta Mission from 4:30 p.m. until 7 p.m. The Atlanta Union Mission is located at 165 Ivan Allen Boulevard in Atlanta.
