ATLANTA -- Lenox Square is hopping and has been since midnight last night (November 22).

However, the Apple store just opened at 6:00 a.m., and people soon lined up and began shopping. Many people left with new iPad Mini purchases. Although there are markdowns on several items, usually about 10 percent on Black Friday, many people went to Apple to get the Mini regardless.

Throughout the night, Lenox Square was slow and steady. It was very busy at midnight,  people came in waves throughout the evening and during early morning hours.

There is a coupon offered for Macy's website that can be printed out. It gives shoppers $10 off a $25 purchase on a sale or clearance item.

Some other stores like Banana Republic, Gap and Ann Taylor are having sales of 40 percent off your total purchase. Microsoft is offering a new surface tablet that many are interested in, as well.

Folks said they are getting really good deals on footwear and clothing at Lenox.
