DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. -- Andrea Sneiderman is to have no more contact with the man prosecutors say is her live-in friend.
Monday, Judge Gregory Adams ruled Joseph Dell will be a witness in Sneiderman's upcoming murder trial, and she can no longer have any contact with him.

Prosecutors identified Joseph Dell as a friend and person with whom Mrs. Sneiderman had a relationship for the last 18 months. Defense attorneys acknowledged the relationship.
"Mr. Dell is a friend of Ms Sneiderman," attorney Tom Clegg said in court. "The exact nature of their relationship is best described as 'to be determined in the future.'"
