Calif Gov. Brown being treated for prostate cancer

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) -- California Gov. Jerry Brown is undergoing radiation treatment for prostate cancer.

Doctors say the cancer is in its early stages and that Brown is being treated with a short course of conventional radiotherapy. Doctors say the governor's prognosis excellent.
