Clayton County Sheriff Victor Hill
CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. -- According to the Clayton County Board of Commissioners Victor Hill was officially sworn into his position on Thursday.

Although Hill officially took an oath of office on Thursday he will not be able to take office until January 1.
Hill won in a November run-off election against write-in candidate Clayton County Chief Deputy Garland Watkins.
Hill faces a January trial date to answer 37 counts of corruption, which may prevent him from legally taking office.
