CARTERSVILLE, Ga. -- Gracie Lynn Wilson was just 22 weeks along when she was born at Grady Memorial Hospital in 2009. Weighing just one pound and three ounces, the Cartersville girl was the smallest baby ever to survive at the hospital at the time.
Her mom Rachel emailed us this week with an update. Gracie Lynn is growing up healthy and strong.
Rachel said the now 3 year old's last echocardiogram showed her heart valves have closed, so her preemie hurdles are now over.
