Atlanta Police Ofc. John Chafee said Kahn used the tag PTOSIS on his graffiti art. Investigators linked him to more than 100 tags in Fulton and DeKalb counties.
"Unchecked graffiti vandalism can bring down a neighborhood and send a message that its residents simply don't care. This is not the case," Chafee said in a statement. "This arrest is another example that the city of Atlanta does care and is committed to improving the quality of life for our residents."
