EAST POINT, Ga. -- The East Point Police Department and Crime Stoppers Atlanta are offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of those responsible for robbing an East Point gas station.
According to police, a black male entered the Texaco Gas Station on the 2000 block of Delowe Drive and fired shots at store clerks. Reports say another man acted as a lookout outside the gas station during the robbery.
The suspect fled the store while firing shots into the store and struggling with store clerks.
The bandit is being described as a black male wearing a black in color Falcons Sweatshirt with a hood and blue jeans. The lookout was described only as a "black male."
Officials say the twosome fled the area in a black vehicle, possibly a Toyota Corolla. The clerks weren't injured.
