ATLANTA -- The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has announced state police and Green County Sheriff's officials arrested a 29-year-old Decatur man on a child sex trafficking charge.
Authorities say police stopped Johnathon Nathaniel Kelly, who was speeding along Interstate 20 in Crawfordville, and saw a 17-year-old girl from Birmingham, Ala. riding in the passenger's seat of his vehicle. Authorities say the unidentified girl told a deputy she was being held against her will for sexual purposes.
