EXCLUSIVE POLL: Gun control in Georgia

ATLANTA (WXIA) -- Gun Control -- it's one of the most talked about issues in news and politics following a string of recent mass shootings on American soil.

11Alive News commissioned an outside polling firm to question people from across the state of Georgia on the issue of gun control, in wake of President Obama's recent executive order on gun control.

Are you following news stories about President Obama's plans to change some of the nation's gun laws?

Next week, President Obama will ask Congress to pass a number of new laws. One proposal calls for a federal ban on new assault, but does not affect weapons people already own. Should Congress pass this proposal until law? Or not?
