Carver HS students announce college commitment on National Signing Day

ATLANTA -- National Signing Day fell on Wednesday, and marked a day where hard-working high school athletes across Georgia announced which college they would attend.

Carver High School had numerous athletes make their college commitments on National Signing Day.

Leonard Badgette, Derick Johnson, Noland Stewart and Dexter Hollingsworth will all attend West Georgia Tech.

Attending Tennessee State will be Roc M. Nesbitt.

Tajah Muhammad signed with Stillman.

Two students signed with Fort Scott Community College, including James Gray and Steve McDonald.

Xavier Davis will attend the University of Buffalo.

Signing with Vanderbilt was Delando Crooks.

Marqui Hawkins will attend Florida.

Riyahd Jones will join from Garden City Community College.
