AUSTELL, Ga. -- The Firehouse Subs eatery chain will open a new location in Austell on Friday, February 8.
Located at 2860 East-West Connector, the new sandwich restaurant will operate beginning at 10:30 a.m. on all mornings. On Monday - Thursday, Firehouse will be open until 10:00 p.m., Saturdays until 11:00, and Sundays until 9:00.
According to a spokeswoman for Firehouse Subs, each restaurant has a custom, hand-painted mural inside the dining room.
In Austell, the mural pictures Cobb County firefighters responding to a call at Tramore Park, a local soccer complex.
Firehouse Subs began in Jacksonville, Fla., and has expanded to almost 600 locations.
