ATLANTA -- Police say one man is dead after he was hit by a car on I-285 westbound.
It happened overnight just west of Peachtree Industrial Boulevard.
Investigators say the man was walking on the freeway and there may have been more than one car involved. They have not said if this is a hit and run.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
