ATLANTA -- Fulton County police are asking for help locating a man who was last seen on Wednesday.

As police report, 45-year-old Anthony Lamar Hopkins left his home of 910 Winterside Lane in College Park around 8:30 p.m. He was dressed in a black coat, blue jeans, a black cap with an "A" on the front and gray "G-unit" tennis shoes.

Hopkins is described as a black male with a medium complexion. He stands 6' tall, weighs 160 pounds, and has short black hair and brown eyes.

Hopkins has a large scar near his forehead that is from a brain injury. Police said he has diminished mental capacity due to a gunshot wound to the head several years ago.

Hopkins suffers from seizures and takes medicine twice a day to prevent them, but he is not up-to-date with his medication.

Police said he frequently spends time on Simpson Road in Atlanta, and hangs out in East Point.

Hopkins has no cell phone with him, and police know no way to contact him.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Hopkins is asked to contact the FCPD at (404) 613-5711.
