ATLANTA, Ga. -- Two men have been arrested for the shooting death of 2-year-old Tyteyanna Motley in southwest Atlanta in early November.
Montez Thompkins, 21, and his brother Jeremy Thompkins, 23, were arrested Wednesday in DeKalb County. They both waived their first court appearance Thursday morning.

The two were charged with murder, felony murder, aggravated assault
and reckless conduct. They are being held without bond in the Fulton County Jail.
Tyteyanna and her 1-year-old brother were shot while sleeping in their bed on Nov. 3. The brother survived.
Atlanta Police concluded the children were victims of a drive-by shooting.
