ATLANTA -- The Oglethorpe University Museum of Art is set to host an exhibition featuring Japanese color woodcuts and porcelain works of art.

The exhibition titled "Jiki to Hanga: Japanese Porcelain and Prints" is scheduled to open May 12 and will run through Aug. 25.

Elizabeth Peterson, the museum's director says the exhibit is inspired by collectors who are looking to support the arts in metro Atlanta and at Oglethorpe University.

The museum is also hosting a lecture series in conjunction with the exhibition on Wednesday evening between June 12 and July 24.

Museum admission is $5. Children under 12 receive free admission.
