BARTOW COUNTY, Ga. -- A spokesperson from Georgia Power thinks a build-up of hydrogen and air inside a generator cause the explosion at Plant Bowen that injured 2 in early April.

The investigation is on-going however the explosion looks to be a result of an employees failure to comply with procedure. And a breakdown in communications.
Georgia Power says Units 3 and 4 back online, while units 1 and 2 are still offline while Georgia Power does damage assessments.
