SANDY SPRINGS, GA -- Two-year-old Sorelle Torres was located in West Memphis, Arkansas after being reported missing on Friday morning.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation issued a Levi's Call for the 2-year-old girl on Friday morning around 8 a.m. at  the Chastain Apartments on 4558 Roswell Road after she was taken from her mother.

Police said the her biological father, 31-year-old Zeb Lockett abducted her her in a 2006 black Range Rover Sport with Georgia license tag BYT-0639.

Lockett was last seen headed southbound on Roswell Road toward the Atlanta city limits.

In a statement, Sandy Springs Police Captain Keith Zgonc said that Lockett approached the girl's mother while she dropped the child off.

"Lockett pushed the mother from her vehicle and fled the area with the child inside. The suspect and the child were last seen south on Roswell Road in the mothers black Range Rover Sport," Zgonc said.

Police said Lockett has been previously arrested for domestic violence. Zgonc said warrants have been issued for Lockett for kidnapping, aggravated stalking and theft of motor vehicle. He said the stalking charge stems from a temporary protective order issued against Lockett.

Torres mother will be travelling to Arkansas to pickup her daughter and authorities are now making arrangements to extradite Lockett.
