(WXIA) -- Downed trees caused backups on two metro Atlanta interstates Monday afternoon.

A tree blocked the three right lanes of I-285 westbound near Bouldercrest Road in DeKalb County for a time. Traffic has since resumed along that part of the Perimeter Highway.

Traffic on Interstate 20 eastbound in Douglas County is back to normal after a tree blocked all three lanes of traffic near Chapel Hill Road earlier in the afternoon.
